Alan Oppenheimer (b. 1930) is a voice actor who played Dr. Hans Zarkov and Ming the Merciless in the 1979 animated series Flash Gordon (1979 cartoon).

Oppenheimer has been a familiar television character actor since the 1960s, and in the 1970s, he transitioned into cartoon voice-overs, most notably for Hanna-Barbera and especially Filmation (producers of Flash Gordon and others). His Filmation resume includes Fraidy Cat, Mighty Mouse and Oil Can Harry in "The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse and Heckle and Jeckle, various roles in The Fabulous Funnies, and Skeletor and others in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. On-camera, he appeared in several episodes of Hogan's Heroes, Get Smart, and the various Star Trek series, and recurred on Mama's Family (Mayor Tutweiler) and Murphy Brown (network exec Eugene Kinsella). Outside of animation, he supplied the voice of Alistair Crane on the soap opera Passions, before it was decided to introduce the character in the flesh.
